A new dawn, a new day, a new year

If 2015 taught me anything, it is to embrace those that mean the most to me, to ignore the negative energy and it is to run with my full self towards the things that engage me.

I don’t make resolutions on New Years’s Eve.  I don’t make a long list of promises to keep only to feel disappointed if I break them.  I do, however, make a vow to just be the best version of myself and to give as much positive energy as I can to those around me.  It is a simple task and one I find easy to do.

May 2016 bring us all love and happiness.  May those special moments and special people still be able to surprise us and remind us that each moment is precious.

I have already started 2016 with a happy heart – I cannot think of a better way to start the new year.

  1. This is a beautiful way to start any New Year, or any new day: “to run with my full self towards the things that engage me.” Such a gorgeous way to describe living a life of meaning, Susan 🙂
