This post is for the new Trifecta challenge – For the weekend prompt we’re asking for exactly 33 words of dialogue.
~
“It really is as beautiful as they said it would be.”
“Do you feel happy?”
“I feel a sense of peace I never had before . It really is Heaven.”
“I miss you, dad.“

Extremely beautiful. This really touched me.
Thank you. He was never truly happy with himself when he was here. I like to think that changed.
Just lovely – I remember having several dream conversations like this a few years ago after my dad died. It really is a beautiful place…
Thank you. I agree it is beautiful and I’m sure my dad is on a golf course somewhere. 🙂
My dad loved golf – they’re probably playing a round together 😉
What a happy thought. I’m going to keep that one with me. 🙂
😀
You took 33 words and created something beautiful 🙂
Aw, thank you so much.

Thank you. It gives me peace to think he is happy.
we used to sing this in church:
Heaven is a wonderful place, Filled with Glory and Grace,
I want to see my Savior’s face Heaven is a wonderful,
Heaven is glorious, Heaven is a wonderful place.
think of your dad singing that – as he plays golf with diannegray’s dad. 🙂 Beautifully done.

This is awesome-loved the emotional connect here-a great piece.
Thank you.
🙂
What a warm piece (:
Thank you.
If only…
I wanted to cry, here… because this is exactly the conversation I would have with my Dad. He’s still here, but we’ve talked about death in a very real way.
Tell him you love him as often as you can.
That’s a lot of emotion for 33 words.
Beautifully done!
Thank you very much.
