I cannot remember specific days but I do remember certain moments.  The moments you and I shared that were filled with love.  Moments that will have to satisfy me until we meet again.

  1. Beautiful. I love the wistfulness in the first line, and the resolute hope in the last. Wonderful piece. Anyone’s mother would be pleased by this, I think.

  2. I’ve heard it said that memories are like stars in the black night of sorrow. Sounds like you are holding onto the stars. May they help light the way as you grieve. Sorry for your loss.

  3. oh I am so sorry for your loss, my heart aches for and with you. But no one is ever really gone (I do believe that, especially after all the loss I’ve suffered recently) and to keep them in your heart keeps them alive.

your words were beautiful, I know your mom is smiling.

  4. Some aches never ease ,though we tend to cling to that hope ,for that is what keeps us going!Beautiful tribute and I too hope that some day we get to be with those who have gone beyond.Am so sorry for your loss-can only offer you my empty words ,if that’s any solace-may her soul RIP and may she remain in your loving heart forever.Tc
