A million pixels of beautiful light – slivers of reality connected to create a bigger picture.
Life’s spectral portrait can be cherished in its entirety or by seeing each day for its individual beauty.

Written for the weekend Trifextra Challenge: But in an effort to try to steer you guys back into the light and save the darkness for another month, we’re switching gears a bit this weekend. This weekend’s prompt is to write 33 words exactly inspired by the photo project by Eirik Solheim. Each slice of the photo compilation is a different day of the year, taken from the same location.

I really do love your way with words–you are such a treat to read!
Aw….I really appreciate that! Thank you.

I love the way this writer puts things into words–she is a true artist….
This is great!
“seeing each day for its individual beauty” <– I especially like this sentiment. To me it says each day is special in it's own right because we were fortunate enough to wake up. And we need to appreciate that. Sure beats the alternative. 😉
Every day I wake up on this side of the grass is a good day!
dancing light of nature on reality :), lovely piece.
Thank you so much.

I love the second line, and the understanding that there is beauty not only in life as a whole, but each individual day.
The photo really shows that!
I like the first line the best, with pixels and connectivity. That’s cool.
Thank you!
each day has it’s special beauty.
I love the way he did that photo….very inspiring!
This is all so true. Beautifully written.
Thanks very much.
Graceful words.
Thank you so much.
That’s a great way of thinking about it. We’re always told to cherish the moment, but the reality is that we can also let the moment slide sometimes and cherish the bigger picture. Or vice versa. Thanks for linking up. Don’t forget to come back and vote.
Will do!
